Johnvent Ventures Ltd entrusted Audrey with the design and renovation of their Admin Block, along with the procurement and installation of air conditioning units and office furniture for 27 offices in Owo, Ondo State. The project commenced on January 17th, 2024, showcasing Audrey's capability to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of their clients.
Audrey successfully supplied, installed, and commissioned a Coco Pops baking and packaging machine for Noble Eagle Industries and 670sqm of epoxy flooring for the finished products warehouse in Owo, Ondo State, on November 10th, 2024. These endeavours exemplify Audrey's commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions in the industrial sector.
Audrey successfully completed the maintenance and coating project for the soya beans colour sorting machines and 200,000 tonnes silos at the Preparatory and Raw Materials section of Johnvent Industries Ltd. The project was finalized on April 5th, 2024, demonstrating Audrey's dedication to ensuring the operational efficiency and visual appeal of industrial facilities for their clients.
Audrey undertook the design and construction of an access road network within and around the factory premises spanning 2 hectares for Noble Eagle Industries in Owo, Ondo State. This project aimed to enhance transportation efficiency and accessibility for the industrial facility, facilitating seamless operations and logistical flow.

HEAD ENGINEERING
Engr. Raji is a seasoned Civil Engineer and Technical Partner at Audrey Specific, boasting 24 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction. With qualifications from Lagos Business School, Ahmadu Bello University, and the University of Lagos, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Advanced Project Management, he brings a wealth of expertise in operations leadership management across various sectors.
PROJECT ARCHITECT
Arch Alagbe is a Senior Technical Partner with extensive experience in architecture and project management. Holding a B.Sc in Architecture from A.B.U Zaria and certifications in project management, he has over 13 years of experience with leading Oil & Gas exploration companies in Nigeria. With a strong background in the estate and planning industry and short courses, including design, development, and production sciences, Arch Alagbe is adept at working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
